Cancellation & Non-attendance Policy

Armstrong Health is a private business and we do not get paid by Medicare or any other agency when patients do not attend appointments and an appointment gets wasted.
If you book an appointment you are responsible for payment in the event that you do not attend or do not provide 12 hours notice of cancellation.
Our cancellation policy is strictly applied and we DO NOT waiver cancellation fees.

Please note a Non-Attendance Fee of $40 is payable if a patient does not attend their appointment or if the appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice.

Subsequent appointment not attended or cancelled without providing 12 hours notice, incur the full private consultation fee. If the patient fails to attend an appointment again without prior notice, their registration status at the practice will automatically be reviewed and their removal from the practice list will be considered a serious option.

NEW PATIENTS:

For all New Patients, our staff will call you to confirm the appointment and an advance part-payment of $25 will be required prior to the appointment. This will be adjusted to your fees on the day of appointment. This amount will be non-refundable in case of non-attendance or cancellation with less than 12 hours notice.
