At Women’s Health Clinic, women get the opportunity to discuss their health concerns, get a comprehensive health assessment and review their hormonal heath by our expert female general practitioners who expertise in emotional & physical health and wellbeing of women.

Women’s Health assessment include history taking, assessment, Breast examination, Cervical Screening and STD screening if warranted, Investigations as deemed appropriate. We also offer consultations on complex women’s health issues such as:

  • Pre-pregnancy planning, early pregnancy management and Post-natal care
  • Contraception
  • MHT (Medical or Menopause Hormone Therapy)
  • Incontinence & Pelvic floor Instability
  • Subfertility/ Infertility

The women’s health clinic is a private service and fees are payable at the time of consultation (Medicare rebate claimable). Fees is $130 with $75.50 rebate back from medicare with valid medicare card. For patients with valid health care card or pension card, there is a $10 discount. You don’t need private health insurance to make an appointment.

You need to bring your

  • Medicare card
  • Payment for your consultation fee (cash / VISA / MasterCard)
  • Pension card
  • Healthcare card
  • List of current medications or prescriptions

Consultation is 20 minutes long, sometimes it might take slightly longer. You will then need a follow-up appointment to discuss the results if any investigations have been organised. On rare occasions, the doctor might need to schedule more than one appointment to go through full assessment process.
